Spark plug change advice please
While I've got the bike torn down with tank, filter housing, and hoses all out of the way I figure its probably a good time to change the spark plugs. Never done it on this model bike and I noticed the manual I have instructs you to remove the plugs by lowering the radiator and going in from the front of the bike. For any of you who have changed the plugs on an F4i is it just as easy if not better to change them from above with everything removed or is there something about the angle of going in from the front?
If anybody cares I bought NGK F4i plugs, basically "the" plugs for this bike, at my nearest Advance Auto for $9.99 a piece. Way cheaper than every online bike parts retailer I found and being that they were delivered overnight to my local store I didn't have to pay any shipping. Get the IMR9C-9H for all years F4i.
