Default Slip on fitment

Sup guys,

I'm looking on ebay/ craigslist for a cheap slip on. So what cbr600 models have the same size exhaust as my 02'?

Any one know the diameter of the pipe from the headers that connects to the mid-pipe? 2"?

Another option would be to have my uncle who owns Race Ready Performance rig me something up

Thanks for any feedback in advance!

I looked on ebay and craigslist also. Wasn't impressed with my results.

I went with a Viper Race Can from Flyncycle.com. I got an oval can with carbon fiber tip for $250. Just an oval can and regular tip was $189.

01-05 should be the same. Every place I looked for exhaust showed 01-05 having the same exhaust part numbers. Connector pipe is 2".

Unfortunately those things just aren't cheap. I ended up ordering a Yosh RS3 on ebay for $260.

Got the new pipe installed and it sounds great! Also a huge weight loss at only 4 pounds.
