Can we get them and from where?

Haven't seen anything like that for the CBR

I might be wrong but don't think the f4i has slides, butterfly style is what is in the throttle bodies hence no throttle stops or slides

Also the fuel rail pressure regulator is not adjustable and is set at 50psi only thing changeable is the injector pulse width without adding a aftermarket regulator,

If your after better response a good tune will take care of that and don't go to a place telling you they will get you bi top end numbers you want a smooth flat AFR from idle to redline

I lost 2bhp top end but am 15 up on stock at 5500 and that was just a good tune and a pc3

OMG209 = Throttle Slide Stop Kit has been designed to hold the throttle slides in the fully open position while increasing fuel pressure in the injectors fuel rail. The outcome is improved throttle response and increased acceleration

yea my buddy has a r6 and was telling me about them, i got curious and would like to have them but cant find anything for f4i. so that why i posted it, i was wonderng if anyone made them.
