it says it was off of a 99 f4, would it fit a 02 f4i? thanks

 

Not sure but I think the bolt pattern is different if you need I have a layout print of the f4i exhaust flange surface,

I think the sensor for the cam is in the middle on the f4 and the f4i it is on the clutch lever side of the head
