I recently, about 1 month ago or so, installed my new CF M2 Exhaust from Two Brothers and it's been running a little hotter than the stock exhaust. It doesn't bother me much, but just something I notice. I mentioned that to the tech guys when I brought my bike in for the 8K service not too long ago and they said it's probably because of the A/F mixture and reccomends I get a juicebox from two brothers or a PC. so you're not going crazy.

It´s totally fine in my opinion, since you don't have PCIII your bike might be running a little rich on fuel with non stock exhaust.
As long as the temp stays stable during actual ride, you are fine. I think it should be in range of 170-180F.
I myself planning on getting PCIII. It's one of the best investments you can ever make. It literally improves everything.
