Security System or Comprehensive Coverage?

Ha! When they put a bullet in your head or just beat you with your own bat for fun, you are gonna look really stupid!
Let me guess... you are 19-20 and grew up in a small town where criminals are the people who steal lipstick from WalMart or smoke pot at a concert?
The majority of the people out there jacking bikes for chop shops are tweaked out meth addicts doing whatever it takes to get the next fix and they don't give a **** what happens to them or you! It is a recipe for disaster and dangerous as hell to go after one with a bat. But it is your life man... best of luck to you!

Don't get me wrong, I know if they want it badly enough, they'll get it. But if I can get a swing off and break a knee or a back window, you bet I'll be trying. There's been a lot of bikes stolen in So Cal lately, luckily not in my area, but still, whatever I can do to keep it from happening, it'll happen.
And honestly, don't judge buddy. I may be new here to the forums, but I'm pretty insulted to be thought of as a naive small town jerkoff that hasn't seen the world yet. Believe me, I've seen plenty.

Ever since I got my f4i stolen from my driveway, I decided to do both - alarm n full coverage with AAA. Go with the i900 dude. I found one for cheap on ebay and ordered the plug-n-play wiring kit somewhere else. The installation is a snap with the wiring. Make sure to get it. It took me about 5 minutes to install the alarm on my f4i with the use of the kit. Good alarm overall. It cost me about $250 total for the alarm + kit and I pay $600/year for full coverage. Both of that give me the piece of mind I need.
