Default Rear Suspension Question

I'm cleaning my bike and thought about how everyone tells me how high my f4i sits so i look at the coil and if I am looking at it correctly its telling i'm at 7? I'm a 06 so i didnt get any tools (thanks honda) to adjust this down. Ive read the owners manual and 4-7 should be used at heavy loads and i'm no where near a heavy load. So my question is how do i adjust this.

From the left side of the motorcycle turn the adjustment until the setting is back to the stock setting of 3, then adjust from there.
