So something like this -

1 mount for the GPS,
1 ball for the GPS mount
1 arm to connect the two *****.
1 ball to attach to the tank bolts

Right?

 

I know this thread is old beyond belief. but I just recently bought the triple stem ram mount for my 02 cbr f4i. as stated in the original post the rubber expander is too small. Does anyone have the exact specifics on what i need to buy at my local hardware store/homedepot? also does anyone know if RAM makes a cradle for the nuvi 200 garmin that fits the 1inch diameter ball?

I just bought the RAM stem mount as well, for my Ez-pass holder.

I don't have the exact dimensions on the rubber piece you will need to replace the expander they supplied with the stem mount, but just bring in the stem cap to your local hardware store, and ask for a rubber expander with a similar diameter. My hardware store had a similar diameter expander that is normally used for plumbing. I still had to widdle away the piece a bit, in order to reduce the diameter, but eventually you'll get it.
