Default radiator cleaning

Can anyone suggest a fluid, substance, etc. that will clean the corrosion off of the aluminum fins on the radiator? This 99 600 F4 has sat in a seaside environment for a few months and there is aluminum oxidation over everything. I can clean the cases easily enough but the fins are delicate and I do not want to damage anything, obviously.

Last post for today....got to do this all over the weekend....Rick in Houston

Baking soda should neutralize it. I doubt you'd get back looking good, but I think someone here has used Simple Green.

Cocoa-Cola should also work.
