i would lay down more more layers of fiberglass instead of bondo, it would be a lot stronger

 

oh ya i hear you axsys that was one more things i was debating... but the bondo is going on the outside just to straighten out the fairings since they are a long was off from anywhere near straight... if i add glass itll be to the inside....
