Okay, well the previously owner cut up the undertail plastic on my 05 f4i, I have been looking for a replacement for a long time, and I found one, but it's for an 02 f4i, does anyone know if they are the same? The plastic im talking about is the battery tray/black mud guard plastic under the rear/tail fairing.

No. They are going to be different. The light mounts different and you have the seat difference as well

 

Yea, I had a feeling that they were different, as they are completely different subframes as well.

 

I think hes talking about the battery tray, not the tail or undertail. Regardless, it won't fit.
