Installed my undertail on my 01. One of the LEDs is messed up, only half of it worked...3 of the red LEDs dont glow as bright. Almost like half power. Called Customer service. Spoke with Rick...He has a complete New LED light shipping to me ASAP..no questions asked...Great Customer Service Dept...I recommend HotBodies to Anyone..

I spent two hours on the phone screaming at them because they sent me the wrong LED signals. They wanted me to ship them back so they could inspect them and then they would ship me out a new set. That's two weeks. I had already striped my bike down for the install before I opened the package so I didn't know they were the wrong ones. After two hours of forcibly screaming and a few unkind word suggesting that since they made the mistake... they could have a set to me in the morning with overnight shipping, I got my way. I just stayed on the phone... asked of the guy's supervisor, but he didn't take me seriously. He put me on hold and came back with a deal of as soon as I can give them a tracking number, they'd ship a set out with three day shipping. I explained that doesn't make sense... the tracking number could be a picture of my *** for all they could tell. Since you're going to take me at my word that the tracking number is actually for the lights.... you can go ahead and ship them out now, and F**k that three day crap, overnight. I was a little upset... at this point... I went off and said I don't even want to talk with a supervisor or a manager... give me the guy that signs your paycheck... I want the freaking owner. On hold for another 5 minutes to hear "we have a set in overnight delivery and you can send the other set back when you have time. We've already refunded your shipping charge to your credit card you placed the order with, that will cover the cost of mailing the lights back".
Good customer service only after you put a gun to their head.

I have to agree with L8X, the color is WAY the F*ck off..I have the fadeless pearl white 01 cbr....the "paint" on my bike looks tan in compairison to the undertail i bought. i just passed it off as year and fade of bodywork. Ahh well

Well as promised.the New LED came yesterday (saturday) via FEDeX. Just installed it this Am.. Works like its supposed to ...I guess Hot Bodies is like any company.You get good Service.and some Days you get bad service....Its kinda like that everywhere...Monday through wednesday Good service..Thursday so so service. and Friday service..forget about it,.no service. lol
