a buddy of mine has a '06 GTO and on his GTO forum a guy had his GTO at a shop having a TT setup installed and they sent their lunch guy out, for lunch.....in the customers GTO. he totalled it.

 

I know he got it replaced, But if they didn't I would of parked my vette (on the damged side) a little closer then usual to their new vettes....

 

I would have been mad just finding out someone drove my car after specifically telling them not to but to wreck it. I would be their worst nightmare.

 

This is really old. But the guy got a new car. I am sure the dealership was able to get some of the lost money out of the employee who probably got fired and than maybe more.

 

i'm sorry, i would have started taking heads off people. way to pi$$ed. so grrrrr, at least he got it replaced though.

 

A company can not take money from an employee. Now if he stole it or took it without company permission thats a different story, but if he was on the clock and that was his job (to carefully take the car elsewhere) the company eats it. thats why they have insurance. No for his actions its the dealerships fault for trusting said employee and it is reason to fire him for his actions.
