Power Commander3 with yoshimura rs-3 map

I have 2006 F4i with BMC air filter and just installed yoshimura rs-3 exhaust.
I have power commander 3 and was looking for map but they seems like only have yoshimura rs-3 with stock air filter map.
is it ok to used stock air filter map?

The filter isn't changing anything so yes.
