so i have a 01 cbr f4i and idk the tune that is in my power commander and i wanna change it its a power commander 3 withthe serial port my bikes got a k and n air filter and a older style longer m4 pipe and they dont have a tune for that pipe and i dont have the money to get it professionally tuned... so what should i do????

Leave it stock. You may be able to try a couple other maps that are pipe and filter oriented but without the proper tune it won't be that big of a deal.

I had mine tuned and only gained a couple hp, but it was much smoother on the road and felt a lot faster because of it.

 

maybe find the closest map to what you have, I wouldnt think a different brand slip on would be a huge issue, as long as its not a full exhaust I would think you would be fine using the closest map you can find
