Default Possible clutch issue

Alright so the other day I noticed that my clutch doesn't seem to be grabbing where it use to. I almost have let out of the clutch completely to move but earlier it didn't seems to do it but would jump forward a little when I start it while the clutch is in. Also noticed it's a lot harder to move around with the clutch pulled in while not running. Almost like the brakes are on a little but in neutral it's fine. Could this be an adjustment issue or is my clutch on it's way out?

Thanks guys.

The bike has 27200 miles on it. No I'm probley the at least the third owner of the bike. I don't really ride all that hard. I mean compard to how some of my friends ride I don't ride all that hard. It doesn't seem to be slipping I did adjust the cable a little and that kinda helped. I'm gunna have a buddy of mine ride it and see what he thinks.

So how would a clutch plate get warped? I'm guessing excessive heat? So it's safe to say i should start looking into replacing my clutch?

Thanks
