I couldn't find anything on the Pirelli website... originally I saw these letters in an offer I got from somebody. It goes something like this:

This is a guy that brings tires from Germany to my country (Romania) for something like half price (dealers here are total ********). Unfortunately, he can't really tell me more about them letters either...
