Just a suggestion, either find replacement fairings that match, or repaint the whole thing WITHOUT A SPRAY CAN FROM AUTOZONE.. Black side fairings with the red uppers will look cheap and mismatched. You seem like you already have a pretty good platform to start with, so don't ruin it by mismatched plastics. You don't want your baby to look like she was pieced together you know?

Nice grab though. If everything is mechanically sound, you stole that bike! Because all it needs are odds and ends, not a full rebuild. I'm jealous! Keep us posted!

 

It was a for sure steal! thats why im so excited. Haha and yes we were going to paint them all. i think i'll like that look that it gives. but i really wont know until its all done. it will be easy to paint the tank and rear cowl the same color as the fairings though.

 

The tank is the easiest part! Stripping down plastic is no fun at all.
