Thanks... Best time I've recorded so far is a 7.6 at 99.6mph in the 1/8 mile. Don't take it to the strip much because of the stress it puts on the clutch and all. I'd rather be taking some turns and leaning, but the roads here in Florida don't offer much in that area.

 

Welcome and nice bike! Where are you at in Florida? I would guess up by Panama City or somewhere in the panhandle? I've kinda been wanting to try mine out at the drags up at Moroso just to see what it'll run, but my launches SUCK sooo bad, lol

 

You guessed right. I live 40 miles north of Panama City. lol... My launches suck as well. You got a nice bike there too... It has almost 70k miles?! Wow... any tips on how to keep mine running that long?

 

Thanks!! But yep, just turned 69k on my way back from Biketoberfest in Daytona yesterday and still running like a dream! Hondas are tuff... not really much you gotta do just the regular maintence and they'll pretty much run forever, lol. Change the oil and other fluids on time with quality stuff, valve adjustments, plugs, chain/sprockets, etc. I've never had any problems with mine and in the 11 states it's taken me through so far, it's never once left me stranded anywhere, or even given so much as a hiccup for that matter. Gotta love Hondas!!
