Looks good, you're fairing trim job looks great too. It's probably best that you didn't buy my riot pipe cause mine has the black tip making it all black. The polished tip on yours fits better with the other polished components you have.

On a side note I had mine about 40% open when I installed it to try and maintain some backpressure. I could tell I lost some low end torque but I still like the exhaust. Right now I'm running it wide open just for the noise. If I ever want to go high performance with this bike I'll probably go with the level one 260, until then the riot pipe is fine with me.

Repyosol - NO pipe is worth 425, but it is better than I anticipated. I got it for the looks but the slider is a nice touch. Fully closed the bike sounds almost stock. I run it 75% closed and it is slightly louder than my D&D, but in a good way. It is more of a deeper sound apposed to the "raspy" D&D.You do have to trim the fairing a little so than canister can fit properly.

StrikeAnywhere - Thanks for your help man, the dremmel worked great. Like I said above mine is 75% closed and performance wise it feels fine....and loud. I can't imagine all the way open. What is the level one 260?

Thanks man! Its going to be a pita. Looks like your wheels are polished? The swingarm and frame are nothing like that. Even with the Aircraft Stripper it doesnt come off all the way. The subframe and piece by the radiator will somewhat come off with the stripper, but not the main piece running thru the middle. Just stock up on sandpaper and do a little every night over the winter. I'm sure you read a million writeups on how to do it? If not I'll dig some up for you.

Shawny, the level one 260 is my other favorite pipe for the F4i, see it here:

im not a fan of the spikes, anything that could possibly hurt me or pierce me in a crash is not something id like to add on my bike
