picked up my F4

Default picked up my F4

so i got my F4 monday morning, she needs some help, pretty much all new fairings and paint on the tank, new hardware for the fairings, little bit of touch up paint and it should look like a new bike. got a rear tire, and hids on order and just bought a new battery. here she is.

Congrats. Looks like you may need a new chain as well...at the very least, some chain maintenance. ;-) From your post, it looks like it will get the TLC it deserves.

BTW, be sure to check that you didn't crack/split the fuel line from the bottom of the tank from lifting it up.

ohh yes it needs new chain and sprockets, its been sitting for at least 2 years. i made sure there was slack in the fuel line. i was pretty irritated to find out that you have to unbolt the fuel line to take the tank off.

From that rear tire it looked like someone did quite the burnout.

it was just a vinyl wrap thank god lol. but the fairing kit comes with everything anyways. ill probly end up selling off whats good and try to pay for some of the new fairings

hehe. Great pictures. I love it takes up like half your house. Nice snap-on flex head ratchet too. Is that the duel 80 version? I love mine!

takes up half my apt at the moment, but i close on my house with a nice 2 car garage on the 21st. idk what version it is, but all my tools are snapon. i got roped in that deal from UTI for 50% off. so now i got 14k worth of tools from snapon....which is a couple socket sets and a few screwdrivers lol
