After researching the parts that are required to to make the rear seat lock function properly , and what you have said is correct. All i was missing was the screw that held everything together.

But it seems like NO matter how many times i turned the screw/bolt, it would not get tight, instead it keeps turning. I'm pretty sure its going to fall out on its own again......
