Our rotors - SS or Cast Iron?

Cast iron will literally rust into big flakey peices given the right conditions. Stainless steel will still rust but it more rust resistant due to a much higher carbon content.
I would think they're made out of stainless steel.
braketech.com has some pretty good FAQs
WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER CAST IRON BRAKE ROTORS OVER STAINLESS STEEL?
EBC HH pad hardly have any negative reviews, please share your issues!

I think that they're SS too, but just not sure. They don't seem to rust as a normal iron rotor, in fact I never saw any kind of rust in my own rotors...
Regarding the EBC pads, they seem to fade quite a bit on my summer spirited rides and I like to rely on constant stopping power.
Also, I started to feel a bit of a pulse when coming to a stop and checked my rotors runoff and trueing. Sure enough, they're straight as new and after talking to a friend experiencing the same, we thought about it like 2 einsteins and decided to check the pads itself.
The backing plate is warped, slightly, but still warped...so, in my book they suck.
