RE: Getting the cast off!!!
Wot have you been doing to overcome the "Itches", I went nuts with my cast, (right arm), lost a knitting needle down there in the 1st couple of weeks. Anyway, get some strength back in that arm (lifting beers is a good exercise) before jumping back in the saddle.

Oh.. The "itch" yes. Well i had a few different techniques. zip ties worked excellent. wire coat hangers, F-16 hinge pins for doors HAHAHA, thanks air force. umm.. Then when in the office at work andI had nothingI would make due with what I had. Scissors, pens pencils, pocket knife, pretty much anything I could shove in this beeotch.
And yea I gotta get it back up to strength. Ill have to go to physcal therapy, and I guess im supposed to wear this splint thing, a cast that is removable or something, but I dont think I will wear it. Im going INSANE with this on. 6 weeks is WAAAAAY to long.

Congrats! I'm wearing a boot right now. They say I will have to wear it for six weeks. I rode my buddies bike yesterday. Just down the driveway and into the garage. I can kick down to first, but not up any.
What 07' are you looking to get?
Six weeks of physical therapy? Or six weeks you had the cast on? don't rush it now, you've come a long way.
