your bike should be running slower because are now heavier from money not wasted at the pump...HAHHAAHA

Just put in the mid grade, for the extra 10 cents, and dont worry about it. Since everyone mentioned the knocking with the low grade, you know your constantly going to be listening for it. Go mid grade and forget it.

regular is fine, if i am beating the **** out of my bike and hitting redline constantly AND its really hot out where i am seeing coolant temperatures in the 230s when stopped, i will use midgrade. but this is rare.
