Default O2 sensor & PCIII question

I currently have a Yoshi TRS Slip-on and K&N filter. I've noticed a lag at lower RPM's. I am thinking about getting a PCIII and am curious if I should leave the o2 sensor in place (my yoshi is a California model) or get the eliminator and cap the pipe. Any thoughts on how I should run it and any pros or cons? I understand that I'll get better gas mileage on the highway if I leave it in place but I thought I heard somewhere that you should use the o2 sensor eliminator with the PCIII.... I plan to install the map from powercommander.com for the yoshi and K&N filter. I do commute on my bike. Thanks for the help...

O2 sensor doesn't affect perfomance in anyway. it only affects gas mileage.

leave it in. it won't affect the PC3 and vice versa.
