Headlight plugged in?
There also may be a diode on the bottom of the ignition switch the sends 9.3v signal to the ecu. (Not sure if your model has it or not)

well everything is plugged in and there is power ad signal going into the ecu just nothing coming out

everything is plugged in and theres power to the ecu as well as signal its just not going to the cdi half and the switch works properly

ive checked all that and it all good thats what i dont understand everything works as it should and has good #s... the ecu gets signal and doesnt translate it to the cdi half but the ecu/cdi works fine on other bikes.. it also wont let me pull up the diagnostic lights..

i would check your kickstand switch....is it turning over???? if it won't start or turn over that may do it... or bank angle sensor...

but those are only if it is not attempting to start at all... check fuses??? stupid question but some times the simple things get over looked...

let me know what you come up with i am curious

The pink wire should read 9 Volts to the ECU...if it is not then the Diode in the ignition is dead.

I just went through this last week.....After a week of tearing the bike all the way down to the frame and back I finally figured it out, Thanks to the CBR members here!

Can you explain what wire you are talking about? The pink wire on the bottom of the ignition? I'm having the same problem. Everything seems to be working. All sensors check out but no spark.

Yes, the pink wire coming out of the ignition. If you look at the bottom of the switch, you will see a little diode. Check the voltage at the pink wire, it should read 9v or so. Its a security feature to prevent the ignition from being bypassed.
