Thanks I could not find what that code meant either.
Will start looking with the multimeter when i get home as it did kick when i first tried it but then just wound over after that
I only changed the exhaust so nothing else was touched except disconecting the battery and nothing else was bumped or removed while I was under the seat.
Out of curiosity what does the diode in the fuse box do so I know what to look for if it fails.

well, being that the red light is on when the kill switch is off (on START), if it blinks, Id say, start by checking your conection up there, follow the wires all the way to fuse box. you should find some bad connection somewhere along the way.
if you were messing with the exhaust, you may have left a wire in the wrong spot and it melted?

Hunting down some spark
Checked the diode and it's good.
