When I picked up my first bike (F3) the next weekend I just took it to Atlanta and rode it w/ a learners (which I only had for a couple weeks). Not smart at all on my part, but I guess I wasnt bright enough to think that I could be seriously hurt.
With that being said, ,YOU could be seriously hurt. If you arent comfortable dont ride it. Pick it up with a truck, have the other guy bring it, then practice and get used to it first.
