I like the shorties but would go with full length if it ended up being easier to ride. Right now I have to stretch my 2 fingers like heck but it disengages it almost as soon as I pull the clutch, and of course the friction zone on these bikes (from what I read) is pretty small anyways. Its fully disengaged by the time I have the lever pulled halfway back. So I figured if I adjusted it back some with the levers it would be fine.

And so the brake lever would bolt right up to my MC and how would the clutch mount up? Does it come with the bar clamp too?

 

I had a similar experience with my clutch lever, too far out for my comfort so I got adjustable shorties and am much happier with the clutch and brake.

The clutch wont come with a bar clamp. If I'm not mistaken, in the photo of your clutch lever there's a bolt head visible and that should be the lever pivot bolt. That will undo and allow the new lever to be installed.

 

I looked today after going riding after work and it doesnt look like that bolt would let me mount a different lever in there. Where is the actual pivot point on those adjustable ones? Next to the selector or the one with the brass sleeve in it?



Anybody know what went in that hold opposite the High beam switch?
