That looks like a great garage, very jealous of the workspace.

Nice collection. The paint on the F3's is very nice. its like the tank cover comes down a bit more with more engine component coverage. How did you win the new one?

Yea, it's pretty amazing. She's the one that got me back into motorcycles back in 2005. She didn't ride then, but 2 months later she decided she wanted her own. (I think that is what she had in mind all along... lol)

Interesting, I was watching the auction on ebay. It had a reserve as well as a buy it now of $4500. Near the end of the auction, it was only up to $1800 (naturally the reserve hadn't been met). I figured I'd get a deal if I could get it for $3300. I waited until the last few moments and placed my bid. I figured the reserve was probably $3500 or even $4000 and I wouldn't win but figured worth a shot. The auction jumped up to $3000, the reserve amount and the auction ended 10 seconds later. I couldn't believe I won it for that amount.

I have a few more photos now. Here she is in the garage with a little better lighting. Really great and virtually stock. Still has original chain and sprockets. They're in surprisingly good shape.

Just a little grunge, but not too bad.

Nothing that couldn't be easily cleaned up.

How's that for a clean engine. I did just change the oil and it's a new filter. Clearly it was well taken care of. 23,000 miles on her.
