Neutral Light On With Clutch In. Goes Off When Clutch Out.

Just picked up a 2001 CBR600 F4i two weeks ago and have been working out a few bugs with it. One problem that I am having is with the Neutral light. It would randomly come on and go off, so I thought that was due to the Neutral Switch. I removed the old Neutral Switch, and sure enough the tip of it was completely flat. The brand new one was rounded. After putting the new one in, I am still having an issue with the neutral light being on, when in gear. However, it is only happening when the clutch lever is pulled in. Once I let the lever out and the clutch starts to engage, the neutral light goes off. And the light comes on once again when I pull the clutch lever back in. One thing to note is the previous owner installed some aftermarket levers. I don't think the lever would have anything to do with the neutral light. Not sure where to look next. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks in advance!

Where is the clutch diode located? And do you know what the correct part number would be, so I can look into ordering a new one?
