Default Need Mechanical Advice Please!

Hello everybody! I'm new to the forum and motorcycles in general and would appreciate some help. I've searched around but figured it'd be easier to just post my situation. So, a few months ago I bought my first bike! A 2005 cbr600f4i, it was awesome and took my time learning how to ride but about a month ago, I went into a curve a little faster than I realized and dropped the bike due to my inexperience. When I went down, the stator cover completely broke and didnt bother trying to start it since it had been drained of most of the oil. I've since replaced the clutch assembly, rearset, levers, stator and it's cover. I put it all together and she started up, but there is knocking sounds now. I think it's due to it being bone dry with no oil for about a month, will it go away? I'm nervous to keep the engine running to let the oil disperse but don't want anything breaking internally. Is there a way to get oil throughout the system without running it? The red oil light is on when I have the bike on but when I actually start it, it goes away. Thank you for any help!!
Edit: I should also say that, when I took it apart I inspected everything I could see without taking the engine out and nothing seemed broken or out of place. Which is why I think it's just from it being dried out.

if you have enough oil in the engine, and the oil pressure light goes out, then it's not oil pressure. The problem is likely to be something bent from when it hit the road - which could be expensive, OR clutch/stator cover replacement didn't go well.

When you went down, did the bike continue to run with oil pouring out? Regardless, it sounds serious.

I hope I'm wrong but I'd take it to someone with experience to find out.

Impact that broke open case most likely damaged stuff behind as well. Might be more than just stuff you've replaced.
