Need Help with my clutch handle

The clutch cable mechanism is pretty basic. Your clutch lever is merely held on by the chromed flat-head screw on top, which serves as a pivot. Loosen it & see if that doesn't fix the binding. Wouldn't be a bad idea to lube the lever while your at it.
If that's not it, then you might have a kink in the line, or perhaps it's pinched somewhere. Did you lube the cable prior to installation?

With the lever itself, you can just use grease (lithium). If it's a brand new clutch cable, it shouldn't be binding, even without lube. Check to see that the cable runs from the lever, to the right side of the engine freely, above the clutch cover.
Ideally, you want to use a cable lube, but you'll need a special tool to do that. I've even heard of guys lubing their cables with automatic transmission fluid. But again, to do that, you'll need to remove the cable from the lever. My guess is that the lever is on too tight. Loosen the screw and see if that doesn't aliviate the tightness.
