green is ground for left and right turns
red light is your brake light when you press on it
for your led strip i think red will be your brake light, black will probably be ground, green maybe running?

Wait...members maybe confused with your question.

1.First you said you have 2 (1 set) of rear led turn signal. How many wires coming out from each?

2. Do you have tail light? Is it led?

Are you trying to intergrate the turn signals with the tail light? But want the turn signal to stay on (running light)

There is two separate issue here...tail light(brake and running) and 2 led turn signal.

Clarify and members will be able to chime in..
