Need help with Diagnosing the problem!
Hi all,
I'm having an issue with my 2002 Honda CBR 600 F4i, and I could really use some advice.
Initially, I thought it was just condensation or the cold weather, but the issue persists even now.
My first thought was spark plugs, but they appear to be in good condition.
I'm still new to motorcycles, so if I missed any key details or used the wrong terminology, I apologize! Any help or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

- The bike feels very low on power and builds RPMs slowly.
- It has harsh vibrations and sounds different than usual.
- Occasionally, it randomly comes back to life while building RPMs, but this happens at unpredictable RPM ranges (sometimes at 3k, other times at 10k).
- As soon as I let off the throttle and stop building RPMs, the issue returns, and the bike feels like it's "dying" again.
- Can't see any issues besides that like weird smoke or leaking.

I'm guessing since you checked spark plugs you check the air filter and intake tubes for blockage. Winter months will make critters build houses where it's warm.
@dannoxyz is great as this kind of diagnosing but he hasn't been around in a while. Being winter in 'half' the world, it does slow down around here.
Hopefully someone that is better at diagnosing these things that I will be around soon.
