I am currently engine swapping my 2001 cbr 600 f4i engine into my kei truck. There is a couple of concerns I have regarding this build. I wanted to get a fuel cell to replace the cbr fuel tank. Is there any complications I would run into regarding the electrical system for the computer? Also I’m still trying to figure out the pump for the fuel cell. Is there a certain psi I would need, or should I just cut the fuel cell to fit the stock cbr sending unit and pump? Also, since I would be relocating the radiator, would there be any issues I would run into with having longer coolant hoses? any advice would be greatly appreciated!

 

I would try to use the factory fuel pump/return which should keep fuel pressure the same.

Loner coolant hoses won't make a difference as long as you have enough coolant in the system.
