Default Need brighter LEDS!

I have a 2002 cbr 600 f4i and has the hot bodies eliminator kit, 2 round brake lights, 3 led's each, and they are very dim, thus, not passing inspection. How can I make these brighter? Resistors? I tried hooking up a regular trailer marker red light to see if it would dim and undim from brakes, but they wont. (the light only had 2 wires on it)

whats the cheapest way to get these brighter? I tried looking for round lights for replacement but have no luck.

You could use something like these custom dynamics. They are bright and look neat but expensive. Someone used trailer lights from harbor frieght... a lot cheaper.

been doing some more research and found that I have the dual density bulbs that like such in the pic.

Im looking at the LED stores and there are alot to choose from. Since I have no experience with which one is the brightest, I would love if someone could point to me the brightest one for your money. I have clear lenses, and the current LED I have is the one pictured below, BUT with 5 LED.
