EK Quadra X ring chains are the shiznit. I've got the 520 MVXZ for my bike.

My stock chain and sprockets work like champs and i just hit 13k on my 03 F4i.
I have always lubed the chain every 400 miles and I clean and lube the chain and both sprockets every 800 miles.

Always use rivet master links and if you HAVE to use a clip master link, cover the clip with a smear of silicone. This is required by most regional race leagues as well due to clips coming off.
