Default My 06 F4i wont start!! Only primes when sitting on the kickstand!?

I was riding down the road the other day and my cbr just dies. I've got it home and am trying to track down the problem. When I turn the key it primes only 50% of the time. If it primes then it will crank and might even ride half a block before dying again. The funny thing is that if the bike is in neutral and sitting on the kickstand it will prime and start but the second I take the pressure off of the kickstand it dies. I was thinking that maybe it's the kickstand switch but as long as the bikes in neutral that shouldn't matter right? Any help would be great!! Thanks!!

Try bypassing the BAS. (bank angle sensor)

That's done...when I bought the bike the b.a.s was already off the bike and bypassed. I've gone back and checked the wires to ensure they were still crossed and they are so thats not it. Any other ideas would be appreciated!! Thanks
