The Throttle Rocker keeps your hands from falling asleep. It clips/velcros right on your throttle and all you have to do is rest your wrist on it when your hands fall asleep. I sometimes put my thumb on it while holding the side cowl when I'm on the freeway.

It's the best thing that every happened to my bike.

It's like high-speed internet; once you have it, you can't imagine going back to dial-up.
