Default Mototeck Undertail Install Help Needed

Ok, so I am installing my undertail and I get the fender cut off and everything is going just fine. I put the rear fairing back on and slide the undertail in there to see how it fits and everything looks great. Then I look at the instructions which I got from the How-to section. (https://cbrforum.com/m_154971/tm.htm) and the next step is to "mark holes in the undertail with the holes in the cowl so they align properly."
Uh, this is where I am lost. Where exactly are these holes supposed to be marked and drilled. The only logical location is where there were originally two clips (see pic 1). I obviously have to drill holes there for the original clips but where do the other holes go to be bolted to the fairing (see pic 2)?
The undertail came with 4 screws, 2 with rubber bushings (they call them rubber nutserts) and 2 with a washer and nut. Where in the world do these holes and mounting screws go?

Please help!

I think you're missing the point. He asked a question to the original poster who hasn't posted in almost four years. I don't think he's going to get a response out of him.
