I am a fan of the bar end mirrors.. You can see a lot with them. You could get a cheap set on ebay for probably 20 shipped to try them out. I think i ended up paying around 70 for a really good set. Now i only run one on my clutch side to be legal.

+1 to yog182 setup. I've bought block off plates and installed both bar end mirrors. Ended up taking one off and leaving left/clutch.

You don't have to have left mirror. It can be either one. Although while merging on the freeway or overtaking someone, left mirror works better. But whatever floats your boat.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=390091525424 Those are the mirrors I have. Havent gotten a chance to use them yet. People have commented on how bad they shake but I'm hoping since I sanded down the plastic a bit so they fit the stock holders that they wont shake as much. Although I notice them vibrating a bit just at idle. Regardless, the only time I use my mirrors are when I'm stopped and just want to know whats potentially gonna ram my ***. I always shoulder peak every lane change I make, no matter if I'm in my truck or on my bike.
