Does anyone know a link to find out what the headlight law is for Maryland. I am looking to find out if hid's are actually legal or not. Also does the fact that the high and lowbeams are the same bulb is it ok to run them in either location, or is there a difference between the bulbs. Does anyone in Md have them, and have you had any problems.
