Hey guys. Kind of clueless why the old owner did this. Guessing for a under tail but which one is the key secret? The plastic around the metal is all cut out uniform.

Tail:

looks like they put on an undertail... then put what was left of a factory mud flap back on.

The previous owner of my F4i did the same cut of the stock fender. I also use the Zip-tie method to hold on my license plate.

Definitely looks like the fender was cut and then that's their ghetto way of putting it back together. Could've been an accident, or a cheap way to replace something, or they took the aftermarket undertail off to make some money back, or something along those lines.

What the previous owner did was a "Fender Eliminator", but he wanted to keep his original lock position. Here is a look at the site http://www.xdcycle.com/discount-moto...nator-Kit.html I was even thinking of doing the same thing, because I don't want to lose my stock tail light. I saw too many guys that did it and it looks like a crapie job. Some was good, but most was bad. So I am leaning towards the "Competition Werkes" http://secure.compwerkes.com/Detail.bok?no=345 All the other undertails that I saw, doesn't keep your stock light. I don't think that the lights the undertails come with is enough for these drivers to see you.
