maximum wattage

What is the maximum wattage rating for our headlights? I know standard H7 bulbs are 55w but I'm looking at 100w replacements... should I be concerned with shorting wires and such?

I would be afraid of the housings heating up too much and warping the plastic. Why not go with HIDS?

Max wattage is a pair of HIDs from Ebay. They're a couple bucks more than a set of decent aftermarket halogens and make waaaaaaaay more light at less wattage.

yes.

If you don't want to go the HID route, silverstars in standard wattage are good. Search for other lighting options too since this subject has been covered ad nauseum.

i have the hella's...and god damn are they bright (brighter than silverstar ultra's). i have people flash me on my low beam.

I was looking at these... but the 100w. What wattage do u have. How blue is their hue.
