Default License Plate Getting Bent with Hotbodies Undertail

Got a F4i about 3 months ago.. and i've been having problems with my license plate getting hit by the back tire.. and bending it up towards the front of the bike.. i've got the plate mounted pretty far up and away from tire.. but i guess not far enough.. does anyone know of a tag mount bracket that i can buy? so i can mount it right up under the lights.. its making me sooo mad.. My plate looks like its 10 years old now and been through WWIII and back. Thanks

getting hit by your back tire...do you have it mounted on the battery box in front of the back tire?

I have mine mounted right behind the two lights, that way I didn't need to run another light to light my license plate. I bet its too low. I am 250 LBS and ride hard and have never touched my license plate. I'll look for a pic.

Do you ever notice your suspension moving up and down radically? I would say if so make your rear suspension harder.... there is no reason you should be hitting your plate.... def could use that pic

It's not only about your weight. The suspension has to be tuned for every rider. There are two major things to worry about. First is preload and another is rebound. You should definitely check the rear suspension. Wrong set preload is probably the case, but can't tell you from here.

There was a great post on this forum about the suspension. As always can't find it when need to...
