Second, I can't speak directly about a pc3 BUT from my various readings on it, without a dyno tune it is more for smoothing out the fuel delivery.
Third, "more power"? I know it's easy to get used to what you have, but really, if you are riding twisties, very rarely is a liter bike at an advantage over a 600. Have you taken it to the track yet? You might try messing with the gearing a bit. I recently changed my chain/sprockets and went with a 520 kit, dropping a tooth on the front sprocket, and received a nice, noticeable bump in acceleration for my effort. Brings the top speed down slightly but how often are you hitting 150+?

Are the white fairings just generic Chinese plastic? If so, how well do they fit? Thinking about buying some to use for track days...
