wtf are you talking about?? the bike red lines at 14.5k.
10-11k isn't even at the peak of the hp.

how is it "BAAAAD for your bike" ? [sm=rolleyes.gif]

Definitely bad for the driver if he/she's inexperienced.

The thing is, Is i know not to do downshift at that high of an RPM Im not a freakin idiot. Come-on. I know it may seem like it, but i've had ALOT of personal stuff going on and I was just throttle happy I guess and when it happened I didnt think correctly. plain and simple. And yes i've had the MSF course. I've bought all but 2 of the parts i need and so far im up to around $1100. Only used part was the headlight from F4istunna here on the forums and I havent received that yet. The rest are all new parts. I just need a front fender and RR fairing. I think im gonna get a used one and have my friend airbrush something sick on it. and Im looking into getting a carbon fiber front fender, but i'd have to save up a little for that one.

Riding someone else's bike intermittently cannot prepare you for the kind of power the new bikes have. I hope you develop enough intelligence to recognize this after what you just did. You obviously don't have the skills required by modern SS bikes.
Lighten up... Jesus Christ he just looped it... it isn't like he F***ed some stripper without a condom. These things happen.

"Definitely bad for the driver if he/she's inexperienced" That's the point, Unfortunately SOME new riders WILL NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY in regards to taking it easy until thay gain more experience (that's a known fact), BUT tell them (in this case taking it to 11k in first gear) it's bad for their BIKE and they won't do it again (go figure), that's the point I was trying to make (save a newbie's life) but hey what do you, now some newbie might be reading this thread
and say WOW[sm=jawdrop.gif] I heard zzz11 say that the bike red lines at 14.5k I GOTTA TRY THIS S*** out[sm=chairshot.gif], way to go
"how is it "BAAAAD for your bike" see the BAAAD [sm=rolleyes.gif]

Also I just picked it up from the dealer today they replaced the clutch lever and the clutch pedal assembly etc, however my clutch handle is pretty jiggly. like i can wiggle it quite a bit b4 it actually begins to get stiff. is this normal? does anyone elses to this??
