Could also be rectifier on right side under rear fairing right abover passgener foot peg. Easy to switch and they are notorious about going out. If you have the manual it will tell you how to test. If it ends up being that let me know I replace mine when my bike started acting up cause of what someone said. $100 spare part cause I took someone's word before testing.
